Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective Date: October 16, 2025

Applies To: California residents and, where applicable, residents of other U.S. states with similar rights.

1. Purpose and Scope

This page explains how PrintSyde lets you exercise your rights to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as defined by California law) and to limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. Who We Are

“PrintSyde,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PrintSyde Pte. Ltd. and PrintSyde LLC. We operate the PrintSyde.com marketplace for U.S. customers. Contact: [email protected].

3. Key Definitions (California)

  1. Sell means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
  2. Share means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads across different websites/apps).
  3. Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) includes government ID numbers, financial account details, precise geolocation, etc.

We do not sell personal information. We may share certain identifiers and usage data with analytics and advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you opt out. We do not use SPI for advertising.

4. What Categories Might Be “Shared”

If you do not opt out, we may share the following limited categories for advertising/analytics:

  1. Identifiers (e.g., cookie IDs, IP address);
  2. Internet or network activity (e.g., pages viewed, interactions);
  3. Commercial information (e.g., product views/purchases, in aggregate or pseudonymous form);
  4. Approximate location (coarse, derived from IP).
  5. We do not share Sensitive Personal Information for advertising.

Disclosures to service providers and contractors (e.g., hosting, fraud prevention, fulfillment, payments) under written contracts are not a sale or share.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  1. Opt out of “selling” or “sharing” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  2. Limit the use of SPI to necessary purposes (identity verification, fraud prevention, payouts, legal compliance).
  3. Submit privacy requests (access, delete, correct) and, where applicable, appeal a denied request.
  4. Use an authorized agent to act for you.

We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

6. How to Opt Out of “Selling” or “Sharing”

You may use any of the following methods:

A. Browser/Device (This Browser Only)

  1. Turn on a supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. When detected, we treat it as a Do Not Sell or Share request for that browser.
  2. Manage cookies via our Cookie Settings tool to disable advertising/analytics cookies on this browser.

B. Account-Level (All Devices When Logged In)

  1. If you have a PrintSyde account, set your “Do Not Sell or Share” preference in your account privacy settings or submit a request via our rights form (see Section 8). We will apply it to your account profile moving forward.

We will honor your opt-out within the legal timeframes and reflect it in our systems and tag configuration as soon as reasonably practicable.

7. Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information

For sellers and other users who provide SPI (e.g., government IDs, tax and bank details) for identity verification, payouts, compliance, or fraud prevention:

  1. We use SPI only as necessary for those purposes and not for advertising.
  2. California residents may submit a “Limit SPI” request (see Section 8). Where the law provides exemptions (e.g., for required compliance), the limitation may not apply beyond necessary uses.

8. Submit a Privacy Request (Opt-Out, Limit SPI, Access, Delete, Correct, Appeal)

Use our privacy request form linked on this page or contact [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request”. Please specify your request type (e.g., Do Not Sell or Share, Limit SPI, Access, Delete, Correct, Appeal).

  1. Verification: We may request information to verify your identity before acting on your request.
  2. Authorized Agent: Agents must provide proof of authority; we may also verify the consumer’s identity.
  3. Appeals (CO/CT/VA): If we deny your request, you may appeal within 45 days. We will respond in writing within 45 days with our decision and, if denied, instructions for contacting your state regulator.

9. How We Implement Your Choice

When you opt out of “sell/share” (or we detect GPC), we will:

  1. Configure our tags and systems to suppress cross-context behavioral advertising and similar sharing;
  2. Respect your preference via a first-party cookie (for browser-level choices) and/or your account profile (for account-level choices);
  3. Communicate necessary suppression signals to our advertising/analytics partners where technically supported.

Note: If you clear cookies, switch browsers/devices, or browse logged out, you may need to re-apply your choice.

10. Minors

Our Platform is intended for users 18+. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

11. Additional State Disclosures

Where other U.S. state laws provide similar rights (e.g., targeted advertising opt-out in CO/CT/VA/UT), we will treat applicable requests submitted via this page as an opt-out of such processing.
