1. Who Qualifies for a Refund
✅ Eligible for full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery:
- Defective items (e.g., print flaws, faulty fabric)
- Incorrect item delivered, mislabeled, or shipping error
- Lost packages confirmed by carrier
- Change of mind (e.g., wrong size, color, style)—as long as the item is returned in original, unused condition
❌ Not eligible:
- Orders placed over 30 days ago
- Personalized/customized items marked final sale
- Changes requested after production begins (see Shipping Policy)
2. Refund Request Process
- Email us at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Photos (if applicable)
- Reason for refund or exchange
- We’ll respond within 24 hours on business days
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
- The refunded amount includes the product price and original shipping (if the issue was our fault). Returns due to change of mind: customer covers original shipping.

4. Special Situations
- Order Cancellations: Full refund if canceled before production begins (within a few hours of order).
- Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us with order details and photos; a full refund or replacement will be provided
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to verify refund requests if needed to avoid abuse.
