Shipping Policy

At PrintSyde, we work to deliver your orders reliably and transparently. Because all items are made-to-order, production and delivery times vary depending on product type and production location. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Production & Shipping Time

Made-to-order model: Every product at PrintSyde is produced only after an order is placed. We do not keep stock, which means each item is created exclusively for you.

Production locations: We work with Merchize as our fulfillment partner, with production facilities in two locations:

  • United States: T-shirts, mugs, and similar standard items
  • Vietnam: 3D Over prints products and specialized apparel

Production time: 1-4 business days regardless of location.

Total delivery time: 6-15 business days from order placement to your door within the continental United States.

Delivery times by US region:

  • West Coast: Shortest delivery times due to proximity to production and distribution centers
  • Mountain states: Winter weather conditions may cause 1-2 additional days delay (November-March)
  • East Coast: Peak shipping seasons may add 3-5 additional days delay

Important notes:

  • Production location is determined by product type and cannot be selected by customers
  • Mixed orders containing products from different production locations will ship separately and may arrive at different times

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the continental United States only. Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories are not currently serviced.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (All Products):

  • First item: $5.95
  • Each additional item: +$3.95
  • Free shipping: Orders $150.00 and up

Shipping costs are the same regardless of your location within the continental US.

4. Carriers & Tracking

Shipping carriers:

  • USPS: Primary carrier for domestic US deliveries
  • DHL + USPS: Combined service for shipments from Vietnam production facilities

Tracking information: You will receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after your order ships.

Tracking updates: Ground shipments update every 1-2 days as packages move through the carrier network.

Delivery confirmation: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting support.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled before production begins, within a few hours after purchase. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.

Address changes: Shipping address changes may be possible if the order hasn't shipped yet. Contact[email protected] immediately to request changes - we cannot guarantee accommodation.

Mixed order considerations: If your order contains products from different production locations, items may ship separately and partial cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Reporting issues: Contact [email protected]promptly after delivery with your order number and photos when applicable.

Eligible claims:

  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items received
  • Packages confirmed lost by carriers
  • Manufacturing defects

Resolution: We will arrange replacement or refund once claims are reviewed and verified, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping addresses within the continental US
  • Be available to receive packages or arrange safe delivery
  • Understand that different products may ship from different locations
  • Report delivery issues promptly
  • Check tracking information regularly for updates

9. Force Majeure & Service Disclaimers

Circumstances beyond our control:

  • Political events: Trade wars, sanctions, diplomatic tensions affecting US-Vietnam trade
  • Import/customs policies: Changes in US import duties, tariffs, or customs regulations
  • Natural disasters: Hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, wildfires affecting production or shipping routes
  • Severe weather: Blizzards, ice storms, typhoons disrupting transportation networks
  • Pandemic restrictions: Government-imposed lockdowns, quarantine measures, or health protocols
  • Carrier issues: Strike actions, capacity limitations, or operational disruptions by shipping companies
  • Infrastructure failures: Port closures, airport shutdowns, or major transportation hub disruptions

Service limitations:

  • All delivery timeframes are commitments based on normal operating conditions
  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for time-sensitive needs
  • Shipping methods, carriers, timeframes, and costs may change without notice
  • Production location is determined by our fulfillment partner and business operations

Peak season impact: During major holidays (Black Friday, Christmas, Lunar New Year), processing and shipping may experience additional delays.

Liability: In cases of force majeure events, PrintSyde's liability is limited to order refund or replacement, at our discretion.
