Welcome to PRINTSYDE! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the PrintSyde corporate group, which includes PrintSyde Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and Printsyde LLC (United States). PRINTSYDE operates the website https://printsyde.com and provides print-on-demand products and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services").
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
KEY DEFINITIONS
To help you understand our business model and services, here are important terms used throughout these Terms:
"Print-on-Demand" or "POD" means our business model where products are manufactured only after a customer places an order, rather than maintaining pre-made inventory.
"Made-to-Order" means each product is individually created based on your specific order requirements, including design, size, color, and customization options.
"Production Time" refers to the time required to manufacture your product after order confirmation, which varies by product type and production location.
"Shipping Time" refers to the time required for carriers to deliver your completed product from our facilities to your address.
"Fulfillment Partner" refers to Merchize, our third-party partner responsible for manufacturing, quality control, and initial packaging of your orders.
"US-Made Products" are items manufactured in the United States (typically T-shirts, mugs, and similar items).
"Vietnam-Made Products" are items manufactured in Vietnam (typically 3D Over prints products and specialized apparel).
"Order Confirmation" is the automated email you receive immediately after placing an order, confirming we have received your order details.
"Order Acceptance" occurs when we verify your payment and begin the production process, after which order modifications are generally not possible.
"Quality Control" refers to our inspection process for print quality, sizing accuracy, and product specifications before shipping.
"Return Authorization" is the approval and tracking code we provide for eligible returns, required before sending any items back to us.
"Singapore Registered Office" refers to our primary legal business address in Singapore as required by law for corporate registration. This address is for legal correspondence only and is NOT a return address for products.
"US Registered Office" refers to our subsidiary legal business address in the United States for US market operations and regulatory compliance. This address is for legal correspondence only and is NOT a return address for products.
"Operating Office" refers to our day-to-day business operations address in Vietnam where administrative functions are performed. This address is NOT a return address for products.
"Return Address" is the specific shipping address we provide to customers after approving their return request. This address may differ from our registered or operating offices and will be clearly specified in your return authorization email. DO NOT send returns to any other addresses as they will not be accepted.
"Customer Support" refers to our assistance team available primarily through email ([email protected] - recommended for fastest response) and phone during limited hours. All customer communications may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
Account Termination and Security:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
- Additional authentication may be required for account security
- Account access may be restricted for suspected fraudulent activity
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products:
- All items are made-to-order based on your specifications and requirements
- Once production begins, modifications to your order are not possible
- Custom products are final sale except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage
- Production timeframes may vary based on order complexity, volume, seasonal demand, supplier capacity, and other factors beyond our control
- We reserve the right to refuse orders that may infringe intellectual property rights
Production Locations and Timeframes:
- US-Made Products: T-shirts, mugs, and similar standard items
- Vietnam-Made Products: 3D Over prints products and specialized apparel
- Production Time: 1-4 business days regardless of location
- Our fulfillment partner Merchize handles production and quality control processes
Important Notice: All production and shipping timeframes are commitments based on normal operating conditions. Actual times may vary due to order volume, complexity, seasonal demand, supplier capacity, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delays.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. PRINTSYDE reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until PRINTSYDE confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as PRINTSYDE may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
Order Processing and Modification:
- Order modifications are only possible before production begins (generally within 24 hours of order placement)
- Rush orders may be available for additional fees, subject to production capacity
- Orders requiring design approval will be processed after customer confirmation
In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are displayed in USD. Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, customs or import charges.
Tax Policy:
- We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped within the United States
- Customers may be responsible for applicable state or local taxes based on their jurisdiction
Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
Payment Methods:
- We accept payments through PayPal
- Debit and Credit card payments are processed through PayPal
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping Coverage:
- We currently ship within the continental United States only
- Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories are not currently serviced
- International shipping to other countries may be available in the future

Delivery Timeframes:
- Total delivery time: 6-15 business days from order placement to your door
- Regional variations:
- West Coast: Shortest delivery times due to proximity to production and distribution centers
- Mountain states: Winter weather conditions may cause 1-2 additional days delay (November-March)
- East Coast: Peak shipping seasons may add 3-5 additional days delay
Important: All shipping timeframes are commitments based on normal operating conditions and may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs:
- First item: $5.95
- Each additional item: +$3.95
- Free shipping: Orders $150.00 and up
Shipping Responsibility:
- We remain responsible for your order until confirmed delivery
- If packages are lost or damaged in transit, we will provide replacement or refund at no additional cost
- We handle all carrier claims and investigations on your behalf
- Our logistics partners include USPS and DHL
Delivery Confirmation:
- Delivery is considered complete when package is delivered to the address you provided
- For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required
Customer Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate shipping address within the continental US
- Be available to receive packages or arrange safe delivery location
- Report delivery problems promptly
- Inspect packages upon delivery and report damage immediately
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges on new, unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility & Conditions:
- Non-defective returns/exchanges (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, wrong color): Item must be in original condition—unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Defective or incorrect items: Please contact us within 30 days. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.
Return Shipping & Coverage Area:
- Continental United States: We provide prepaid return shipping labels at no cost
- Geographic Coverage: Continental United States only. Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories are not currently serviced.
Return Process:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason (return, exchange, or refund).
- For customers in the continental U.S., download and print your prepaid return shipping label.
- Ship the item back within 7 business days of label printing.
- After receiving and inspecting your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once completed.
Exceptions & Final Sale Items: The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Customized or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
Exchanges: Need a different size or print? No problem! When returning, indicate that you'd like an exchange. We'll ship the replacement free of charge within the continental U.S. once your original item is processed.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days, back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by PRINTSYDE, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and international patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Customer Design Responsibilities:
- All product orders must comply with intellectual property laws
- Customers may not request reproduction of copyrighted, trademarked, or patented materials without proper authorization
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that may infringe intellectual property rights
- No refunds will be provided for cancelled orders due to IP violations
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have rights to any designs or materials they request

PRINTSYDE's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PRINTSYDE or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of PRINTSYDE.
SECTION 8 - FULFILLMENT PARTNERSHIP
Production Partnership: PRINTSYDE partners with Merchize as our primary fulfillment partner to handle:
- Product manufacturing and production
- Quality control processes including print quality, sizing, and variant verification
- Initial packaging and preparation for shipping
Quality Control: While we maintain quality control processes, a small percentage of errors may occur. Our return and exchange policy covers any quality issues that may arise.
Service Limitations: Our fulfillment partner's services are limited to production and initial quality control. PRINTSYDE maintains responsibility for customer service, order management, and final customer satisfaction.
SECTION 9 - CORPORATE STRUCTURE AND ENTITY INFORMATION
Corporate Structure: PRINTSYDE operates through multiple legal entities to serve our global customer base and ensure compliance with applicable laws:
Primary Entity - PrintSyde Pte. Ltd. (Singapore):
- Primary business operations and website management
- Customer service and order processing
- International business development
Subsidiary Entity - Printsyde LLC (United States):
- US market operations and regulatory compliance
- Local business registration for US customers
- Facilitates faster resolution of US-based customer issues
Operational Relationship: Both entities work together to provide seamless service to customers. Your contract is primarily with PrintSyde Pte. Ltd., while Printsyde LLC provides supporting services for US market operations.
Important Note: This structure is designed to enhance service quality and regulatory compliance. It does not affect your consumer rights or our obligations under these Terms of Service.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our privacy practices.
Data Processing: Your information may be processed by our service providers including:
- PayPal for payment processing
- Merchize for order fulfillment
- Shipping carriers for order delivery
- Email service providers for communications

SECTION 11 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL PRINTSYDE, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES.
SECTION 12 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Jurisdiction and Venue: Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. However, we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
Dispute Resolution Process:

- Formal Dispute: For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, customers may pursue available legal remedies under applicable laws.
Consumer Protection: Nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under local laws in your jurisdiction.
US Customers: While our primary jurisdiction is Singapore, US customers may also have rights under applicable US consumer protection laws. Our US subsidiary, Printsyde LLC, can assist with local legal matters when appropriate.
